Using the latest technology for printing clothing we now have various ways for producing some amazing designs on all our clothing range.
Sublimation Printing
This process is used by providing vibrant full colour images onto white or pastel coloured polyester garments. Colours do vary on pastel clothing.
First we have to design the image required, then print the image out onto special paper then we heat transfer the design to the garment.
The image is vibrant, long lasting and will be eye catching and is smooth to touch.
This process can be used for dark cotton or polycotton materials, but the printing method is slightly different, in the way the paper we print on has to be polymer based, which then heat pressed onto the garment.
The results for this process is also vibrant long lasting colours, but this will have a slightly stiffer feel.
Vinyl Printing
There is a wide choice of vinyls that we use for producing amazing designs for our range of garments.
From one colour image to a colour on colour colour lay up.
With this method of printing we will design, cut and heat press the design to the garment.
The vinyl we use is excellent quality which won't crack, fade or come off.
Vinyl media is good for cotton, polycotton and polyester materials.
Full Colour Printed Vinyl
We can produce large full colour images using printable vinyl.
To produce a full colour image we use eco solvent inks which provide long lasting images and then we heat seal on to the required garment.
The colours are vibrant and long lasting.
Transfers
Brighten up your T Shirt with one of our transfer designs that are excellent quality that has a soft feel that will last for years.
Our designs cover Skull, Dogs, Cats, Humour and a whole lot more subjects.
We only use the best quality transfers that have a great feel, that last for years.
The designs are heat pressed onto the garment.
